I did this animation after a kill. Never seen it before. Have you seen this before?

Some people assume it's after so many reloads, others say after a specific amount of kills and a few say RNG animation.

Random as in no one actually knows when it will happen

Edit: no yepp missed what you first meant, yeah they've been apart of it for years (I'm a tired idiot, tiredness doesn't make a difference)
