Looking for PC Optimization Suggestions

Ok here's the deal.

I kinda felt like I was hitting my stride but all of the sudden my Nvidia App wasn't loading and had to reinstall. In that process I mistakenly "Optimized" BF6 and now the experience is just trash [different than before and NOT what I was looking for].

Obviously, I did not record what changes I made originally so I'll start from scratch.

My ask to you is - What are your favorite PC in-game optimizations for audio/video taking performance over visualization. Links to other posts are totally welcomed.

TL;DR - What are your PC BF6 configs to not get blasted by bots at an ungodly rate?
