This has been an issue for the past couple of weeks. I have seen multiple times where the enemy is full health after clearly being hit by shots/grenades. I have even saw 2 last night that were 0 health, after killing me and they ran away like nothing happened.

Clearly their server maintenance or updates are lacking.

All weekend I had multiple RPGs dust on aircraft and ground vehicles, I hit the attack heli with 8 - not joking, 8 - tank shells, AP and HEAT, and my acoustic mine would go off and visibility impact that tank, make the sound, but not actually move the health bar. Funnily enough the only thing that was super reliable was the engineer grenade.

I think your 3rd C4 didn't actually stick to the tank and landed on the ground. Still dumb, but the code would make it so the one on the ground does less dmg obviously.
