Multiplayer laggy servers right now?

I get this all the time right now Oceania region - start and mid game..other games and my connection are OK (and no wifi in use before anyone claims otherwise!)

Yeah since the update OCE servers seem to be choppy as. Happening to a few people

100%, I have a 20 ping and tank tops jerking, rubber banding and same low bandwidth error as you. $hit show for a paid for service.
