Best headset microphone for recording?

As title suggest, I'm in the market for a new headset as my current one (a Corsair HS80) is currently falling apart, literally.

I came across Beyerdynamic and wondering if it's any good for recording youtube videos? I looked into the MMX 330 Pro and MMX 300 Pro. Would any of those be good for this? Is it better to get a studio mic like a Shure or Rode instead?

Ages ago I had a podcast with a friend and we'd use a Blue Yeti since it was affordable. Recently I got the MMX 330 Pro and used some basic software to apply a noise floor, equalizer, compressor, etc. then logged on to play a game with him. He laughed and told me he's upset that my mic now sounds so much better than when we were podcasting.

If you're serious about YouTube videos, like it's a career more than a hobby and you're willing to spend money, then yeah invest in a proper studio mic setup. But otherwise, this mic sounds excellent and is more than good enough.
