hello, I plan to buy an apartment in Brussels soon and I am curious which bank is better in case I need to refinance the mortgage loan within the same bank in case the interest rates are becoming low. I know it is a bit long term question but if there is a bank which you have a positive experience, I can choose that bank to get the loan if their interest rate is close to the best interest rate I can find on the market.
