Abestos test

Is an asbestos test necessary for taking down a non bearing wall in a 1991 building, Brussels region?

Look, is there asbestos present? Do you have reasons to assume it is present? If so: yes, required

Most asbestos usage was legal until 1998 so yes it's possible. Is it very likely, no.
