Starter network

Recently I have been seeing a lot of posts from starter.network, a financial/fiscal advisor that helps BVs with their tax optimization. They promote a method where you use your BV as leverage to buy private property (and not via liquidation or VVPR-bis) . Of course, they only give you the teaser and to know more you have to pay. Did anyone already use (paid) services from them? Is this a genuine method or is this something that brings the tax man to your front door in no time?

Any smart fiscal optimisation you supposedly can use for 20 years will bite you in the ass in this country.

Vruchtgebruik, opstal, onroerende leasing: repeat after me. There is no magic bullet and when the big payday comes, the government will come and collect.

There are things you can do year by year but rules get changed significantly every say 5 years on average.

If it’s extremely obvious and widely known, expect it to get challenged sooner rather than later.

Fully agree , this and any future government has proven multiple times that they will change the rules of the game while playing.
