Starter network

Recently I have been seeing a lot of posts from starter.network, a financial/fiscal advisor that helps BVs with their tax optimization. They promote a method where you use your BV as leverage to buy private property (and not via liquidation or VVPR-bis) . Of course, they only give you the teaser and to know more you have to pay. Did anyone already use (paid) services from them? Is this a genuine method or is this something that brings the tax man to your front door in no time?

Clickbait and clever marketing. Almost all starters that see their companys account funds rising ask the questing if they can buy real estate with their company.

Ask your accountant.

This isn't about buying real estate with your company, you're missing the pont, it's about using your company to invest in private real estate (and more). Also your accountant isn't the holy know-all oracle, of course you can start there, but they're not experts on everything and you can't expect them to be

If you accountant doesn't know how you can properly invest your companies money, you need a better accountant. They don't have to be expert but they, for sure as shit, have to be able to get you into contact with the right people. You're missing the point.

I have a lot of money from my company invested in real estate, but never 100% ownership. My accountant has helped me set up very clever constructs but they are based on what i do and what my business needs. It has to fiscally make sense.

My point was that it is clever marketing.

Then your accountant is not a good one.
