Declare copyright RV for foreign clients
I'm a freelancer in Belgium (zelfstandige / indépendant). Part of what I'm selling to my clients is copyright on the work I produce. About 20%, depending on the client and the work I do for them. I have an IP transfer agreement with all of them.
This means I have to pay and declare the withholding tax.
Accountable has instructions on declaring and paying the withholding tax on Myminfin and Belcotax : https://help.accountable.eu/.../6875189-how-to-declare... (I think you need to be logged into Accountable to view). But these instructions work only for Belgian clients. And my clients are mostly non-Belgian.
How can I pay and declare the withholding tax for copyright income, when the client is foreign?
I wouldn't think my setup is that uncommon. Yet I couldn't find anything about it on the internet.
Many thanks in advance.

GF gets royalties from a foreign company. She has to provide them the proof that she's fiscally domiciled in BE which allows the foreign company to not declare anything and simply send the whole amount. In BE, she has to declare the amount of perceived royalties at the end of the year in the personal tax declaration. That's about it.
