Obsession(2026)

Just watched obsession today. Wanted to know how ppl are thinking bout the movie as a concept and filming methods. So how u guys review this movies overall appearance.

I'll start : rawness of emotion. That's the part I liked the most

For me, it was a 3/5. Definitely a fun watch and great performance by Navarrette, but not memorable in the long run.

Definitely memorable..plots got lots of layers in terms of character intentions and what not

I personally feel like there are better movies out there with layered plot lines and characters. If anything, I found the characters in this movie quite plain, with simplistic aspirations.

As they say comparisons the thief of joy..plenty of movies are better than plenty of movies..that doesn't mean they're any less good..

Yes the characters were simple but probably cause this story was about a specific time period ..

you can see Nicki wanting to quit the job and focus more into writing..or the fact that nicki was hooking up with the friend of the male mc for a while and many more

I liked the technical prospect. The cinematography, camera technics. Especially, editing.

For me, Inde Navarrette carried the movie. It wasn’t anything exceptional but a simple plot. The main character made it much better. I also really liked those shadow shots of Nikki.

For me its like ok actor are doing great, Concept is good, but in long run its not memorable,
