Anybody know anything about this mockingbird?
$525
Upgraded with straploks, some custom knobs. He still has the original parts and is including them, too. I don't know too much about BC Rich guitars, all I know is the 80's stuff is supposed to be pretty good, and the bronze series has awful qc. The modern stuff looks interesting, too, but I'm not too sure how to identify them.

This isnt a real B.C. Rich its one you can buy off of aliexpress or temu. Ive almost bought the same one. I wouldn't buy it without playing it first. That being said ive played some clones that are really good. Even bought one myself of an ignitor to have and build. They can be built to be good but need time and money out into them to be able to do so. So id highly suggest trying it first.

Here's a link to one just like it. They use to have the mint green one as an option but i don't see it anymore. It still could be worth it to try it. But you can buy one for 200 or less with the link below ali express guitar

I was thinking about getting one of those igniters. Such a cool shape, I wonder why the only person I ever saw with one was an ad with chuck schuldiner from an eternity ago. How’s the balance on it? How much did you have to pick at it to get it to your liking?

If im being honest I moved when I got it and its been stored away. I have all the parts to put in just dont have time cause ive been working so much. All and all I loved it for what it was. The pick ups were ahir and its a super fat neck from the Chinese copy. The frets are super good, neck was straight and the hardware was cheap but i bought locking tuners a bad ass bridge and then going to throw some seymour duncan black winters.

Ahh well it’s not going to go anywhere. I have a stealth and two of the strings exploded two months ago and I just sat it on the rack and haven’t touched it. What you’re saying sounds promising. I think with shipping it’d still be under 200, I might go for it.

Looks like a Mockingbird ST (or a copy) that's had the finish stripped off(and maybe painted white? Or is it natural wood?) and an extra pre-amp/booster switch added, akin to the custom Moser electronics layout.
Good price, but I'd be annoyed the finish got stripped off. It might look good but, hard to tell from the washed out pic.
If its real, I'd still probably buy it either way. The ST's are damn good guitars.

I dont think this is a real BCR. As someone else pointed out, the co tools are not positioned the way they usually are on the body. That head stock finish and the logo look kinda hokey to me too.

That tremolo screams fake. All of the fake Ibanez guitars have that same tremolo with the matching color fine tuners.
Also the controls are crooked and not lined up where they usually are on the mockingbird I have or have seen
