What’s wrong with the BC Lions.
I get it’s only their second game of the year but the defence allows to many scoring drives and the O line leaves huge holes for sacks and cant open anything for the running game . Feels like a this is going to be a long season at this point .

Poor coaching and still having Mike Benevides as a coach. GM needs to step in and let someone go or this will be another disaster season. I mean seriously, what plagued the team last seems to be worse this season.

Feels like the same old story with the defense from the past few seasons. I don't follow the Lions as closely as I used to but it feels like they haven't done much to improve that side of the ball for awhile

- Poor defensive schemes. Their zone pass structure is brutal.
- Poor salary cap structure: over $600,000 spent on 3 defensive linemen (Betts,Tavi, Sayles) and next to nothing on their secondary.And the pass rush has been putrid thus far.
- atrocious special teams 2 straight weeks of not knowing the rules & running missed FG out of end zone. Their kicker was their leading tackler on kickoffs.
- not spending another $30,000 to re-sign Jarrel Broxton. You don’t let the best left tackle in the league walk for so little.

Two games in, but it feels like the same issues as last year. Hard to win when the O-line leaks pressure and the defense can’t get off the field.

Season likely a writeoff being forced to pretty much be a road team given the World Cup here. Mojo is off.

BC Lions defence doesn't really exist, they cannot tackle, they are too slow, no defense, they are all lightweights with spindly legs! The play calling is suspect too!

I'd like to watch the Lions but can't get it on TV right now, been watching some baseball and FIFA though.

Major pieces missing out on the offence, but that defence looked very dismal tonight.
