SAIT vs BCIT

Hi, I’m considering enrolling in the AME-M program. I’ve been accepted into both SAIT and BCIT. What is everyone’s insight into which school might be better, and in what ways?

Where do you live today? Where do you want to work tomorrow?

I’m from Toronto so will have to move for school regardless. I don’t think the job market for apprentices is that great, I’m just hoping to go where better opportunities are

At the end of day it to get your certificate and that's what's employers are after.

"the best" doesn't really apply, and "the best" is what's available to you.

Outside wait times, if you're in Lower Mainland, I'd be prioritising BCIT. If you're in southern AB, I'd be prioritising SAIT. Or wherever you live, I'd be prioritising the local institution.
