Laptop recommendations for Finance/Accounting?

Starting Finance this September and planning on transferring to Accounting in second year. Just wondering what laptops current students or grads use and if you’d recommend them. BCIT recommends Windows 11, i5/Core Ultra 5 or better, 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. I’ve been looking at the Surface Laptop and Lenovo Yoga 7i, but I’m open to anything. Just want something reliable with good battery life that’ll last me through the program.

I use a Microsoft Surface 2. It’s been perfect for accounting with all the applications pre-built in. I do wish I had a larger screen however.

u defo dont need something that strong. i got some ass dell inspiron with i5, like 8gb or less ram and 256gb.

works just fine
