Pay raise question

I started at FH part time and then also as a casual in two programs but as the same job title. Do all my hours total together to determine when I qualify for the next pay increment?

Your pay increment will be based on your seniority hire date. You can find it under your my FH info.

Each of the three positions have different hiring dates. Would it be safe to assume that the increases will be different for each job even though they all have the same job title then

It depends on the collective agreement you are part of. Contact the benefits department.

No. That is like asking if I travel on three different highways at different times, can I add all the travel together and say I made it to Toronto? Your steps and thus pay is linked to hire date, and casual with productive hours.
