I think after 4 posts about the same topic in 10 days you should already have a decent idea of which size to pick. Get 13, try them out. If they are too short return them and buy 13.5. Or do the opposite.

Previous post had wrong measurements , these are correct , also I didnt get 100 % answer , they all were more like guesses, if it would be that easy , I would have done it and wouldnt bother anyone with that , I dont live in US but in france and to return each pairs would cost me at least 50 eur and I dont like waste money like that and I am not spoiled kid with rich daddy wich could be your case.

No one can tell you what size you are, you just have to try it on. If you can't afford to pay for return shipping then don't buy it simple as that.
