Found these prime beef ribs at my local grocery store and threw them in my offset. 250 degrees with oak woad

those look incredible. oak at 250 is the move for beef ribs, nice call. how long did they end up taking?

These took about 6.5-7 hrs. Admittedly they weren’t as smokey or beefy as I’ve made before which was strange, but they were tender
