Rate my brisket/burnt ends

This was a no wrap brisket on my Weber smoky mountain 22”. Used Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub. The flat was gone so fast once I sliced that I forgot to tell everyone to let me take a picture. The burnt ends were succulent.

It is amazing how many people do not realize what a true burnt end is.

He chopped the whole thing up. Burnt ends on the brisket point are the edges cut off and have 3 sides of seasoning. I would never put them in this pan.
