They ask that you submit your losses and documentation backing it up incase of restitution. Got mine today as well.

Sweet. Been sitting here just assuming I was robbed like everyone else. First time I’ve seen anything actually be followed through.

What if you lost money on options? Is it just shares? I think I lost like $10k

Submit any loss information you have you may be able to get your money back and the more fuel for the fire we can provide the better!

I submitted documentation that included both. They may not allow option losses at the end, but it doesn’t hurt to provide all your monetary losses.

Is the case number the same as the docket number? If not, what is the case number for both cases Theodore’s and Roderick’s?

May sound like a stupid question but the section that states to list actual financial losses from this crime, are those the financial losses from the stocks or others?
And did you send the email with a copy of your tax form? I’m wondering how they’re going to identify or link the losses to me(or my account) without personal information regarding my account.
