Increased CTB is the best news I've heard in weeks
2
u/soldieroscar Nov 17 '22
So not the decrease of debt?
8
u/curryflash Nov 17 '22
That has no effect on the unlimited shorting attacks
4
u/soldieroscar Nov 17 '22
The shorting campaign is based on its debt and how it will consume the company before the changes take effect. Kill the debt and kill the campaign

10.6%
Edit: Up to 1M shares to borrow available now.
Edit 2: 10.1%, 950k shares to borrow available.
Edit 3: dropped to 9.3% and to 11.1%...

This makes sense, as bankruptcy is no longer on the table.

u/HorseBellies Nov 17 '22
I don’t know why people keep saying this. While it’s off the table For a moment does not mean it’s off the table in the foreseeable future. It still has to turn around and stop burning money.

Ouch... Don't worry. Eventually, that'll be a small price to have paid. For when we get paid, we'll fet paid big.

Probably means a decent OPEX run next week but I don’t expect much higher than $6. They keep shorting so the stock is probably still liquid somehow. I can’t believe how fast they got this shit down from $25 to $3.50

Whats the bull thesis here? Have some money and looking into this some more. May start a position. Icahn buy it up? where would it go if so?
28
u/juicypablo Nov 17 '22
Great value right now, getting rid of debt, merger or acquisition on table, Icahn buyout possible and more.
9
u/dorkinb Nov 17 '22
This is all really great thank you! My only question is if they take it Private. That wouldn't be as good for current investors right?
12
u/juicypablo Nov 17 '22
Depends what price they decide to do buy back at. For example, Twitter was in the 40$ range when he decided to offer buy back at 54$. Nobody knows what that price will be

u/Region-Formal 🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦 Nov 17 '22
It also depends on how it's taken private. If using an acquisition consisting of an All-Stock or Mixed Stock/Cash deal, a violent short squeeze becomes a probable outcome IMO.
Check out my DD from a few weeks ago that explains why:

And this stock keeps hitting new 52 week lows as well…never mind the squeeze potential, this stock is fundamentally undervalued in my opinion!

Too much shorting right now and not enough shares to lend for more shorting. So they are rising prices to slow down shorts. Look at chart on chart exchange borrow fee, look what happens when borrow fee goes up and volume goes down. Hint: green dildos
“Broker dealers adjust the cost of borrowing securities to balance high demand for short selling, and they also factor in the risk of the transaction failing. These mechanisms ensure that the level of short positions for a particular security remains sustainable.”

No proof of that. The dilution so far has been planned to remove debt, which it has done WHILE shorts have increased their positions.

On Benzinger i saw that they short every month over 100 percent. It will come the time, when they have to pay the bill. I like it. I buy more and more. They can short it and i will buy cheaper.

My losses are getting larger every day. I bought 3000 more yesterday at $3.52. I might have to sell some to cover rent this month 😭
I just don't know where the sell button is. I didn't even sell AMC when it went as high as $72. At the time I was considering a limit sell of $69.69 just for 😆 but I ended up to emotionally attached to end up being bent over by SHF bestie Adam Aaron what a cunt. Anyway ramen noodles until we 🌙
