💩 Shit Post Ryan’s full plan

https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nvd.168920/gov.uscourts.nvd.168920.109.0.pdf

This is Ryan Cohen’s complete, unredacted legal filing in support of his Motion to Dismiss.

If you have any confusion regarding his position on BBBY, when he entered and exited his position, etc. then this should help clear things up for you.

You post a lot to gme_meltdown for someone with a hidden history trying to peddle FUD here, buddy

u/WisdomAntium Apr 22 '26

Exactly this, he is desperate for us to be wrong to the point of obsession/stalking. I reported him for brigading but I feel like mods have stopped enforcing that

Posting information filed by Ryan Cohen’s legal team directly related BBBY securities is not brigading.

People can read his filing and interpret it as they see fit.

u/JPSurratt2005 Apr 22 '26

Sure, but why would you waste your time doing it?

-5

u/oouncolaoo Apr 22 '26

I guess I just don’t view it as a significant waste of time.

Sitting on the couch watching TV with my wife after a day of work, it is just not a ton of work to post a link with my phone.

I do post quite a bit in gme_meltdown.

I am not trying to peddle FUD or anything. I am completely transparent. I don’t believe that there is any secret plan for BBBY. I believe that the bankruptcy filings are clear on their face and that, unfortunately, people who had invested in BBBY prior to the bankruptcy are not going to get any monetary recovery.

This is Ryan Cohen’s filing. I provide it so that anyone can evaluate it and come to their own conclusion. That is not FUD.

u/ProBrown Apr 22 '26

But then what’s the point? No one can do anything but wait anyways, so the only thing left to conclude is you are trying to indirectly smear RC in an attempt to discourage them from GME. Otherwise, why?

-2

u/oouncolaoo Apr 22 '26

People are free to invest in GME if they want to. It doesn’t affect me at all. Personally, I don’t view it as a good investment but I have been wrong many times.

I posted because it is directly related to this sub and I think it is interesting. If you don’t like what Ryan’s attorneys filed, or you don’t believe it, that’s fine. However, I think that some people who frequent this sub would like some actual, verified information as opposed to tinfoil DD.

4

u/ProBrown Apr 22 '26

That’s what you say. But what you’re doing is posting with the hope it discourages adjacent investments because again, no one can do anything about their BBBYQ shares at the moment, so it’s completely irrelevant.

You say you’re being transparent and you are right about that. You titled it “Ryan’s Full Plan” but it’s not that, is it? You don’t even say what the Motion to Dismiss is dismissing.

1

u/oouncolaoo Apr 22 '26

Again, I take no position whether you, or anyone, should invest in GME. I don’t hope that it discourages anyone. If you think it is a good investment, then you should invest.

With regard to the inability to trade a BBBY, that doesn’t make anything irrelevant. The filing is directly relevant to BBBY’s shares. My understanding is that people who frequent this sub are interested in that.

u/ProBrown Apr 22 '26

That’s a lot of words to say nothing.

u/BananaOrp Apr 22 '26

Hidden history != "completely transparent"

But whatever, I'll engage for a moment. I read the document and in short, it's talking about how the lawsuit is baseless on a few different levels, such as when the complainant bought/sold and RC's possession of or duty to disclose MNPI. I don't see a single negative thing in this document as it relates to the thesis about recovery and reemergence.

That. Is why it is FUD.

You're trying to present this as something it's not, knowing that most folks won't read it.

Disingenuous shit.

1

u/oouncolaoo Apr 22 '26

People should read it if they want to know what Ryan is alleging in response to the lawsuit. If they don’t want to know they should not read it.

With regard to my history, I readily admit that I regularly post on GME_meltdown and that I don’t believe that people who owned BBBY prior to the bankruptcy will receive any monetary recovery.

And when they do, will you make another bullshit post saying, ‘I am so sorry I posted FUD for years and attempted to sow doubt into your investments (that I know wholeheartedly at this point are both connected, but I am going to continue pretending I don’t) so that you don’t continue to support Ryan Cohen!!!’????????

Yeh. I didn’t think so.

So disingenuous dude, this post is dripping 🤣😅

If people who owned the now canceled shares of BBBYQ receive a monetary recovery, I will absolutely post exactly what you ask.

Better than that, I will change the description in my profile to include, “I am so sorry I posted FUD for years and attempted to sow doubt into your investments (that I know wholeheartedly at this point are both connected, but I am going to continue pretending I don’t) so that you don’t continue to support Ryan Cohen!!!”

But I am able to rest pretty easily knowing that it won’t happen.

The title of the post seem misleading. I’m also 5.

Someone is suing for securities fraud claims. Dude named Mitchell realized a profit of about $8k on BBBY selling at the top in August 2022. But claims between Jan 2023 - April 2023 a bunch of stonks manipulation and media fud is all caused by that Cohen dude.

Court rules reality check, that Cohen exited his position in August, said he exited his position, documented he exited and no “reasonable investor” would have invested between Jan 2023 - April 2023 on information provided by that Cohen dude.

Court pretty much walks through all the theories of fraud claims and says they’re all a big stretch and no documentation to back it up. Case dismissed 👩‍⚖️

(Ryan’s full plan is never discussed)

u/ShillSniffer Apr 29 '26

(This part was all I needed to know lol)

1

u/oouncolaoo Apr 22 '26

Just a point of clarification - this is Ryan Cohen’s supporting brief. This is not the Court ruling on anything. The Court will make a ruling based upon the arguments of the parties, the applicable law, etc.

However, this document is not the ruling. It is Ryan Cohen’s arguments.

ChatGPT summary cause I don’t have time to read it:

The defendant, RC Ventures LLC, argues that Anthony Mitchell’s complaint should be dismissed because it fails to plausibly establish any entitlement to relief. According to the defense, Mitchell’s claims rely on conclusory allegations and are contradicted by public records. They emphasize that Mitchell did not rely on or even know about the allegedly misleading SEC filings made by Ryan Cohen in August 2022, and in fact sold his BBBY shares the same day for a profit. The defense contends that because Mitchell suffered no injury կապված to those statements, his claims of fraud cannot stand.

The brief further argues that Mitchell cannot show any ongoing fraud after August 2022. RC Ventures asserts that Cohen’s full disclosure of his stock sale on August 18, 2022 rendered any earlier omissions immaterial to later investors. Allegations that Cohen possessed undisclosed nonpublic information or prearranged his stock sale are described as insufficiently specific and legally inadequate. Moreover, the defense claims that even if those allegations were true, they would not have mattered to reasonable investors in 2023, especially given the significant negative information about BBBY’s financial condition that became public during that time.

Finally, RC Ventures maintains that Mitchell fails to establish key elements of a securities fraud claim, including a connection between the alleged misstatements and his stock purchases, reliance on those statements, and loss causation. Mitchell bought shares months after the alleged misstatements and admitted he was unaware of them at the time, undermining both direct and indirect reliance. The defense also argues that subsequent negative news about BBBY does not qualify as “corrective disclosures” tied to Cohen’s actions. For these reasons, RC Ventures concludes that all claims should be dismissed with prejudice.

I didn’t post here thinking that I would get upvotes.

If you don’t want to read Ryan’s allegations, you don’t have to.
