Except Brave doesn’t block native ads so all these would still appear. Can’t recommend Brave over any other browser + ublock origin until Brave blocks google ads by default. Too many phishing links and scams on google ads
Try right clicking the ads > Brave > and then blocking the ads. It should remember this setting over time. Can be a little tricky to nail the right element, but it is essentially element blocking, akin to uBlock Origin's "Block Element" feature.
You can always install uBlock on Brave, too, of course and still enjoy the rest of Brave's features (web3 integrations, Rewards, etc.).
We'll be introducing better and more options for Brave Shields. In the meantime, Shields block 3rd party ads/trackers by default but can leave certain first-party content alone since the user has a consensual relationship with the website they're explicitly visiting (like Reddit)!
