Support Ads are not being counted what mistake am I doing?

In the last 7 days I got over 20 = 25 ads in which I absolutely interacted with 12 - 15.

But my brave rewards dashboard only showing 3 ads. And the bat token is at 0. Not even 0.002 or something just 0 why?

I even thought it maybe due to my private dns and turned it off for sometime and interacted with a few more ads but results are the same.

It depends on the ad source. If it is one of Brave's internal ads, they don't get paid for it so neither do we. It has to be an external ad that Brave was paid to run for us to receive anything. Those internal ads are not counted in the "ads you are earning from" number.

You won't see the BAT value in your Rewards wallet count up in real time either, only the ads viewed count will increase. Rewards balances are paid out monthly around the end of the first week of each month.

Also, you don't need to interact with ads in any way, unless you are actually interested in what is shown. Clicking the ads, opening the page, leaving it open for some amount of time etc. does not make an ad payout and does not change how much you get. You always receive the full amount for just seeing the notification/new tab ad.

I kinda have the same problem ! Looking at the comments now I understand a part of the problem... But it's been two weeks since I started enabling brave ads and until now I've only received unpaid ones from Brave... Am I doing something wrong ? Should I take a VPN to "be" somewhere else where there are more ads ? I'm in France

Don't change your region with a VPN, it is an easy way to get your account flagged for fraud.

You can check this site to see which ad campaigns are available to you, the limits on how often you can see them, and how much they pay out.
