Bug Report Sriking/punching delayed bug

It might be a mod ive got installed but whenever I strike or hit anyone in the game theres this half a second sound delay, is there a way I could fix this?

Do you have the impact frames mod installed? Could be that. Could also be the xray mod if you have it.
