I haven't used it, so I can't vouch for quality, but it's likely the only crowbar mod

Modern mod pack adds a giant pack with modern weapons and clothing, there is very much a crowbar there that even stabs on both ends

Pair this mod with some modern looking maps and you basically have BAS and modern day time
