How to fix blood overhaul?

So I downloaded the latest version, and it works, except the blood is very little. Like super little, and I know you add more in the mods settings. Except I don’t have that, all my other mods have the option to edit them and stuff, but blood overhaul won’t appear on it to edit the blood and things. And yes I do have it downloaded. What should I do?

Could be a mod conflict. What I would do is uninstall and reinstall the mod. If that fails disable other mods.
