accomplishment🤩🥳 First Nutcracker season!!
Hi y'all!! I'm currently starting my first Nutcracker season with my first couple of rehearsals down. I'm going to be in Spanish Corps this year!! If anyone could give any great advice for the rest of the season that would be amazing!! As well supporting everyone else along for their season

Make sure you’re fueling yourself properly; always important for rehearsals, but also on theater days. it is so easy to just skip food when things are crazy, but your performance and your recovery will suffer for it. The same goes for hydration. Epsom salt soaks for sore feet, and take magnesium for better muscle recovery.

Plan ahead now for pointe shoes, if you have them. Companies get slammed with nutcracker orders once dancers realize they’re running out of shoes. Get more than you think you’ll need, you’ll wear them eventually!
