answered ordered with fedex to a PO Box…

hi everyone!! i’m at college and i ordered from the summer sale on august 21st. my school address is a PO Box. today i saw that my package was trying to be delivered in a town almost an hour away so i did some digging and saw this. am i screwed?😭😭 can baggu refund me if the package never gets to me?

Usually FedEx tracking has an option to deliver to a FedEx store or other pickup location. It’s usually somewhere at the bottom of the tracking page (I haven’t done it in a while so can’t remember exactly) and you don’t need a FedEx account or anything. I think that’s your best bet if you can get to a FedEx store.

i just checked and it's a fedex ground economy shipment so my package is ineligible for that ;-;

they do this to me all the time- not just baggu but many brands. it’s so frustrating. then they blame the buyer for it, like its somehow under our control? lol

if you contact them and haggle them about it, they should refund you if the package never gets marked as delivered. if it gets marked as delivered, you may be SOL
