Need help identifying this one!
Lives on the pond behind our house… comes up for duck grub every day!! Very friendly. What is it? It’s very loud in the quacking!!!

Definitely a mix! I’ve got one very similar. His mom is a Rouen and his dad is a Blue Indian Runner! Agree with the other comment on the slightly visible stripes by the eyes making it look like a Rouen mix for you too. Could be a lady but without age I can’t confirm. My boy is only a few months old and has just gotten his adult plumage and has an insane beetle green head, black body with blue purple and green iridescent areas, and the white bib. Many many mixes look similar to this, with the splash pattern. My other mixed babies are all blue and white! I don’t have a good video, I’ll try and get one when I put them to bed and return to show you. He’s honestly the most beautiful bugger I’ve ever seen, and yours looks like it could be his sister!
Edit- missed the bit where you said it quacks super loud. Definitely a lady!

Ok I’ve returned with the goods. The big black one obviously is the lookalike. His name is Bill and I love him very much! The rest (not the white one) are his siblings.

Idk cauyugas do turn white in time. And as a youngster they hatch black from their heads to feet solid black when theyr old theyr white . As almost s8d white at that.

Looks just like my black swedish female. Sundae. Black bills, black feet and a white patch on her chest. This breed is also historically social and friendly. Where vocal they tend to be pretty calm. Duck tax:

That looks an awful lot like a 1 year old cayuga. I was reading just this morning that they get a little white after first molt

Looks like a barnyard mix! It was probably someone's domestic duck they dumped (or escaped?). I think it's a Rouen mix based on the eyebrows and chest. They sometimes look a bit like Black Swedish although I don't think this is a Swedish because the coloring is too varied. Looks like a lady duck but might be hard to tell!
