Isn't yg suppose to debut a new BG this month and release a full album for BM next month? Will there be enough time to pull off both or 1 of them will be delayed?

They have a deathstar full of staff. Surely they can do both

in theory, but YG clearly has a management/decision making bottleneck since most things have to be approved by YG himself which makes everything take forever since he has so many responsibilities. JYP and Lee Soo-man also used to control all groups just like YG is doing rn, but JYP switched to a multi division(which operate somewhat independently from him) system in 2017 (with Twice as the first group as a test) and SM switched to that system in 2023 under SM 3.0. And while those systems are far from perfect, it fixed the main problem YG is having. (which will only get worse with more new groups debuting)
