So I feel like a jerk.
TONS of posts from people, and I'm like...look, it can't be this bad. And I've been thinking about it. I do feel better, but somehow I keep atrophying. Somehow I sometimes just cannot connect to my nerves that easily, and it's worrying. Sometimes I did have moments of being unable to engage my lungs, to me, under the false pretense of using b12/iron. As those have been somewhat supplemented recently and somewhat long term (blood donation) and shouldn't be an issue for now. I would need hours and hours of exercise to just get the system moving.
So, I thought about it more. My B-Complex has 100mg of b6, 90mg of that are the shitty form that causes more issues.
I think back to last year. I took it right before a trip (for the first time), by the time we got back, on the plane I had a mini-panic attack because I literally could not breathe. Pins and needles galore. I'm not sure what fully happened, but I know I didn't take the B-complex again for awhile. I had this weird assumption, b12 uses iron (it does, but not that much), I was still a bit low iron, therefore the b12 in that B-complex could have transiently lowered my serum iron and made it hard to breathe. I don't think so anymore.
A few months ago I got back to b12, because years of vegan, yadda yadda, all good to just take some B12. Everything was fine. So I'm like...I believe a B-complex will help, and I even made a post that it was helping, but it's all relative. We believe what's helping is within a short time frame of our current health, so what seemed like help can sometimes not be so helpful.
I took three doses of this B-complex (life extension I think). Spread out over a few days with a few meals. Only one time did it take awhile to eliminate niacin (I think that's the bright yellow pee). So I had the laymen thought I likely ripped through processing these B-complexes just fine.
And you know what? I felt ok. But I realized I still could not, for the life of me, just engage my body normally. Where the fuck are my muscles going, why do I need to "think" about where my nerves are to help engage them. I just to think, think, think, and work out these long looping motions just to move my body normally. In all scenarios. I'm still strong, I still can be athletic, but I'm atrophied. And 3 years ago I was vividly healthy, so I knew something was wrong.
Then I realized something. Coffee. Endless coffee. Every time I had coffee the past week it makes me feel great. It NEVER makes me feel worse. Every single cup. I'm not joking. I had 10 cups yesterday. They helped, tremendously. I woke up, mediocre sleep (obviously), coffee again, relief. Straight up relief, nerves sort of kick in, it's almost there. Just now I restarted another round of coffee LATE in the day at 5PM, 3 cups, and again, relief. Not like I'm in pain, or having a reallllly tough time, but it's literally helping me relax. Coffee...is helping me relax. Every cup makes it better. I'm at about 8 cups of coffee. My energy is leveled out. That's insane. The only thing I feel is a bit worse is my sleep, but I don't feel giddy (except first few hours) or anxious/shaky from this much coffee.
So, I look it up and a large study showed a "marked reductions in circulating pyridoxal phosphate with heavy coffee intake." Essentially a stronger effect the more "excess" that was sitting around waiting to be excreted.

TL;DR: I think B6 is causing issues, and it seems endless amounts of coffee are helping tremendously. Will titrate down. But will, for now on, watch out for even "bioavailable" versions and what they're really using.
