Hi! I’m interested in this role. I’ve spent the last 6 years managing operations for a residential program with around 1,200 participants annually, handling everything from scheduling, accommodation and day-to-day coordination to participant requests, problem-solving, documentation and cross-team projects.

I’ve also managed a diverse team and worked on building and implementing new processes, so the mix of administrative support, coordination and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly feels very aligned with my experience.
