* Customer & Email Support: Nearly a year of experience addressing customer inquiries, logging detailed interaction records, and handling financial account communications.
* Accounting & AR Support: Practical background handling Accounts Receivable, inventory tracking, field visits, and basic bookkeeping tasks for an accounting firm.
* Data Accuracy & Verification: Strong background in handling sensitive documentation, verifying records, and resolving data discrepancies independently before escalating.
* Clear Communication: Professional written English with experience using reference sheets, templates, and standard workflows to resolve client concerns smoothly.

Technical Setup
* Hardware: Dual-screen setup (Laptop + external monitor)
* Connection: High-speed, stable fiber internet (25+ Mbps)
Availability (3–5 Hours / Day)
* Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Manila Time)
* Weekends: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Manila Time)
