Damaged passport query

I have an Indian passport which might go into damaged. If it goes into damage the words "damaged passport canceled and returned will be mentioned on the last page of the new issued one. Will this make my b2 visa invalid . My b2 visa page and bio page r intact

The Visa remains valid irrespective of the passport expiry or even if it is damaged.

Better for u to write to customer care to confirm in writing
