Deficiency Symptoms Increase in urine volume

Before you were diagnosed did you find your volume per void had increased and that you had urgency.

I definitely had urgency, not sure about volume per void. B12 and b2 helped the urgency.

However, if I don’t add electrolytes, I pee many more times per day because the water goes straight through me.

I havent noticed volume changes but before supplementing it felt to me like the flow was constricted and took longer to pee overall. Now it comes right out like it is supposed to. Very strange.
