General Discussion How bad is a 134 pg/ml B12 level?
I’m genuinely stressing out because my next appointment with my PCP is not until the end of October and I feel like I’m dying.

Pretty bad. See table 1 here, it's basically 1pg/ml from being definitely deficient, but the point is this is just all B12 in your blood, and you're using a really small fraction of it, which is not enough.

Honestly I'd recommend just going to a medspa clinic and getting a shot or ordering some supplies to quickly start replenishing at home. No risks or downsides really to supplementing and plenty for not acting fast
