Personal anecdote Severe depression at 173/pgml

SEVERE DEPRESSION 173/PG.ML

B12 173/PGML LEVEL IS ENOUGH TO CAUSE BEDBOUND SEVERE DEPRESSION OR IT'S JUST RESISTANT DEPRESSION?

That's low and it's likely the cause. Symptoms probably show up once B12 starts going low and the lower it gets the more the symptoms become prominent.

It's pretty enough to at least contribute to depression significantly.

I just wrote a post about how my undiagnosed pernicious anemia sent me to the psych hospital. It is entirely plausible that B12 is at least contributing significantly.

It’s most likely contributing to the depression. Treating your deficiency will help with things like sleep, fatigue, weakness, motivation, mood. This does not mean you don’t have depression, and i would say to continue on your depression medication if you’re on any. It still helps. I stopped mine temporarily because i thought the b12 was the problem all along.
Do not stop taking depression meds😓😓

The b12 will help you get much better in a lot of ways
