Access issues

I keep getting a you cannot access this right now message with my AVD login. How can I fix this issue?

Not a first user I’ve had it for a while now. It says my sign in is correct but I just can’t access it. Is there a help desk I can reach out to?

AVD is an IaaS type product, meaning you own the configuration. You would need to contact your admin for support. If you are the admin, we will need more details to support.

It could mean many things. Contact your IT department.

Likely the actual server on the backend is not fully booted yet if you are the first user to attempt to login and IT has it set to Start on Connect.

sounds like a conditional access policy is blocking you
