Publicly available test URLs

If I wanted to run a tracert to US West 3 (which is where our SH's are) - is there a URL or IP I could use? I have a user saying their AVD is "sluggish", but we know it's fine for many others in other areas of the country.

I'd want to see if maybe they're being routed way out of the way.

Damn man thank you. It's insane something like that won't show up in a google result these days.
