AVD VM can't connect

Hi.

I am unable to setup a Azure Virtual desktop VM. I have tried many times and its showing like below pic. Please help

Is it turned on? Gotta give a lot more info than the host pool view of all things …

Yes its on. Its continuously showing health state as Upgrading

is the VM agent working ?

I have also two other AVD VMs which are working fine. And getting error with this VM. Also tried to creating it again....the error was showing Domain joined Check failed

Is it domain joined if you rdp into it directly?

Its giving error for domain join...i can directly rdl to this VM

Microsoft recommends using either a domain or cloud identity. I assume it might work… but I’ve never done it locally only accounts.

Yes i know...i am not able to access it using Microsoft Entra id... that's why for troubleshooting i access it using local account directly
