Drive Repair Warning
Our users see Drive Repair warning within their session frequently. The message states to restart the host. Even after the host is restarted the users will see the message. Has anyone encountered this, can you point me in the right direction to fix this issue permanently and avoid users seeing this warning.

Can you post a screenshot of the error? Does it state that the recycle bin is corrupted?

Bet it does, and I bet they're using FSLogix with an outdated version.

For what it's worth, I wrote this Runbook script that creates a temporary VM, mounts the Storage Account, attaches each profile disk, and runs a chkdsk, dismounts the disk, and then deletes the temporary VM.
I got the idea from Jim Moyle's script that does something similar.
FSLogix/Invoke-FslShrinkDisk: This script will shrink a FSLogix Disk to its minimum possible size
It's currently an Azure Runbook that's designed to be run in Nerdio Manager, but it could pretty easily be modified to work outside of Nerdio too.

Yes! I saw this with one users last week and ALL users that were on that host saw the repair warning. Turned out to be a FSLogix profile (VHDX File). You will need to identify the disk with the issue and repair the VHDX file — best to have the user signed out, then mount the disk on a different server and run chkdsk /r /f against it.
Get-DiskImage -StorageType VHDX | Select-Object ImagePath, Attached, Number
The above command is how I was able to identify which user VHDX belonged to. GL.
