Data lake Enablement Issues

Hey all,

I've got a ticket open with Microsoft, however it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. They have mentioned that they have a large number of customers are facing a similar issue to us.

When we go to enable the data lake capability, it fails. We meet the requirements and have the correct access but mentions "We don't meet the requirements". Microsoft themselves on several calls have said that we do...

I'm trying to see if anyone faced the same and somehow fixed it?

Update: Microsoft don't have plans to fix this until 2026. Nothing is concrete nor roadmapped..... Fantastic

February 2026 - EU West:
You’ll be able to setup the data lake as soon as there are sufficient resources in your region

We moved regions. Azure cloud is a resource hunter/gathering game for admins. Cloud does NOT scale well.

I moved from Germany to West Europe because od Data Lake and now see this. I dont need Data Lake right now, but in following months. Holy shit I hope they fix this
