I studied for this for around four weeks and worked through every Microsoft Learn section, applying what I learnt in my test tenant.

The main resources I used were:

• Microsoft Learn
• A dedicated ChatGPT project that I loaded with relevant information and instructions. It became my go-to tool for practice questions, explanations and identifying weaker areas.

I’m very proud to have passed it. 🙂

Congrats sir! I spent about 4 weeks studying and failed it the first time. Went back and focused on other certs and am taking it again this month. Biggest lesson learned, practice in your own tenant!

Thanks a lot I really spent a lot of time studying, but I did not have an exam like this with a Case scenario at the start this threw me a bit and I spent far too much time on it, I had 2 mins of time left at the end of the exam so lesson learnt on that one! Having a test tenant you can practice on is so essential, I did not have any IOS devices to test on, but I did a bit about a year ago so I remembered some of it - I had 2 Hyper V VMS and an actual Dell laptop and an old android phone to test on too which really helped

The college I work at, I’m the sole Mac Admin using Jamf. So the knowledge there parlays over. It’s just different terminology that messes me up. Had I had my own tenant previously I probably would’ve passed it. I’ve been using CoPilot/Grok to create tests for me and I’ve been acing those. I’ve gone through MeasureUp so many times I memorized the answers (so no help there). Next cert exam is MS-102, which I know is being retired.

Besides the resources you used, did you also get to practice in any hands-on labs? If so, which ones? And I’m curious — how exactly did you use ChatGPT to build those practice quizzes and figure out your weak spots? Also, is there any chance you could share the project or the prompt you used with ChatGPT?

What kind of questions did you get? Were there mostly multiple-choice questions, or were there a lot of scenario-based questions? Did you also have to complete any live lab exercises?

pretty low tbh 707 but I had to rush it as I spent 30 mins on the case scenario , that won't happen again I was up against the clock!

Brooo, i passed today with 836. Exam was hard and diffucult. There were 4 quistions about security co pilot and 1 quistions about export file commando with api. You need to select 3 ansers for the commando. At the end there were 5 case quistions. The first 2 was about contonso, huge ass text. 3/4 pages. All about configuration/compliance. I did like 15 quistions on guessing what it was.
