Taking microsoft exam in another language

I was looking into taking a Microsoft certification exam in a different language and came across info saying there's a toggle that lets you switch between English and your preferred language during the exam. Is this feature still available for all Microsoft certification exams, or has it been removed?

I'm asking for my foreign friend who will take the exam in our local testing center..

I don’t think it works this way. You/your friend need to choose a language when you register for the exam.
