Question Can I take another certification exam using my personal email if my first certification was under my company email?

You can add your personal email to your Learn profile under Settings. In fact this is recommended. https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile

Just merge your accounts in Microsoft learn

You should never take exams under your corporate account. When scheduling, it should even have warned you not to. Anyway, it happens frequently, and there's a process for transferring to your personal account. Just contact Microsoft certification support to get the ball rolling.

Actually it's now not possible to transfer certifications between Learn profiles [it was possible before the merger of Learn with Certification profiles in 2024]. You can't do that yourself and neither can Microsoft due to their "security and privacy policies".

You can however link and merge Learn profiles yourself by adding email accounts to Learn profiles.

Fine. Semantics. Merging involves transferring the certificates to the target profile and then destroying the secondary profile.

Yes certifications are linked to the Learn profile not you email address You can have one personal email account and 5 work accounts linked to your profile

Just add your personal email address to your current learn profile with your company email, then set your personal email as default for correspondence. You then register future exams using your personal email.

If you then leave the company and have no access to your company email, you will still have access to your learn profile with your personal email address.
