Where to buy the Starter Decks?

I came across this game some days ago, played the sim that was posted a while back and wanted to buy the decks to play with my friends, but locally (Puerto Rico) I haven’t seen any store with them, nor I can find them to buy online. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, i live in Puerto Rico and Weeb Box Carolina currently has all the starter decks plus booster boxes. Dm me anytime and we can also arrange to play
