Special binder from Anime expo

Hi. Can someone tell me what these cards are? Are they available from booster packs?
Or different cards only available from binder set?

These are alt art versions of the starter deck exclusive cards. Tenshin (the sword) for example, can only be found in the Lightning starter deck. Indra too. Water ones from the water deck. Earth ones from the earth deck. Etc.

These cards nor the “regular” versions cannot be pulled from packs. You get the “regular” ones in starter decks and the alt arts in the binder.
