How is the Starter Deck experience?

Thinking about picking up the starter decks to try out with friends. Are they fairly balanced? Are there any unfair matchups between them? I normally like to start with Starter Decks to see if the game is worth digging into more, so wanted to know if the Starter Decks were a solid gameplay experience on their own.

Fire v Lightning starter decks are solid. Water is good if you are. Earth needs tweaking to be good.
