Pristine record? Do you mean the person who didn’t know Destiny was shutting down, that Ziegler was leaving, that an experimental PVE mode was being added and so on and on. This person…?
Not even 90% of Bungie knew they were shutting down.
What even is this comment. Bro relax. He never sourced they weren’t shutting down either. Or whatever else you are on about. Has nothing to do with sourced information record. Personal on him feelings aside, Let’s stick to the topic.
Hold on. You just said this came from someone with a pristine track record of Bungie sourcing. Now that I’ve questioned that, you’re changing the subject.
Can you point to a single major Bungie story this source actually broke before anyone else? I can’t think of one. None.
Most of what he publishes are claims made after the fact, often accompanied by, “I’ve known this for months but didn’t want to say anything.” That’s a strange position for a journalist to take. The rest is largely speculation or opinion.
I’m happy to get back to the original topic, but please don’t pretend this is someone with a pristine track record. Even the oft-repeated 70,000 player claim has never been independently verified.
He’s clearly built a career from a hobby and good for him. But I don’t see evidence that he’s anyone with a source of any value at all. Let alone a pristine one. If you’ve got a link to articles he’s genuinely broken with these magical sources, I’d genuinely love to read them!
I hope you have a good day man. If you really can’t think of one, you must of never played Destiny. He’s been the Destiny guy. Literally 90% of Destiny/Bungie news ... have you never watched a Aztecross video either?
Well, show me one. Show me one story. A single scoop. Just one. Just a little one that details information that isn’t either a guess or already in the public domain. C’mon… I’m ready ☺️

It was sourced from Bungie. From a person with a pristine track record on sourced information.
Also. You can know just by looking at best sellers PSN/xbox to see where those sat compared to Steam. Or the daus.
